Tools, Antiques, and In-Store Purchases
All sales of tools, antiques, and other items purchased in-store are final.
Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on in-store purchases.
We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before purchase and ask any questions at the time of sale.
Online Merchandise (Online Orders)
All merchandise is made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit for reasons such as incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order, including sizing information provided in each product listing.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at libertytoolcompany@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement in these cases by contacting our printing partner and providing your photos to them.
Please note: Merchandise is produced and shipped by our printing partner and cannot be returned to our physical store location.
